Refund Policy
1.Refunds & our merchant of record
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Vidscape subscriptions operated by Adaptiwe Technology DOO Niš. All payments for the Service are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), which handles billing, tax, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks on our behalf.
Accordingly, refunds are administered by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy, which forms part of the terms that apply to your purchase. Where an approved refund is issued, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method.
Please review Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms for the full conditions that apply to your transaction. This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory or consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country.
2.How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Manage your purchase directly with Paddle at paddle.net, using the receipt Paddle emailed you at checkout; or
- Email us at support@vidscape.ai with the email address on your account and, if you have it, your order or invoice number, and we will help you with your request through Paddle.
Once a refund is approved by Paddle, it is processed to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings in the app, or via Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. Your plan and any remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. Cancelling on its own does not automatically issue a refund for amounts already paid; any refund is subject to Paddle's refund policy and your statutory rights.
